This is an unprecedented and refreshing interview for this podcast. Nearly all of my guests are in the personal development field. This podcast is also about business excellence and there are a lot of commonalities there. Jason Azevedo however is in manufacturing and creating equity for the employees of a manufacturing company.
He is helping capitalism get rid of its stigma. This is near and dear to my heart because my vision for my company is similar. I also want to make a profit-sharing company. The difference between Jason and I is that he’s already doing it and not just a small portion of the profits but the total profits, what outstanding work this guy does!
He’s so committed and busy that we did this interview from one of his factories and just an impromptu back office of it. He was busy working on the floor before and immediately after our interview. This guy is a dynamo making things happen, he’s been an entrepreneur since he was fifteen and has made millions. This is a guy who really knows his stuff! We talk about the importance of community, culture, and understanding the people who work for a company. This is not stuff that can be dismissed but must be carefully attended to, what an enlightening conversation for me, I learned a few things and want to learn more about them, thanks Jason for a fantastic discussion.
