Meet Our Guest

Angela Legh‘s father was a raging alcoholic who abused his daughters in every way. As a child, she made a decision to reject anger; her father was angry and she didn’t want to be like him. She grew up and married a man with a similar background to her, but he embraced anger as his go-to reaction. She had an emotionally abusive marriage; she stayed for 32 years until a wildfire destroyed their home. This event caused her to reassess her life and choose her needs before his for the first time. She went on a journey of self-discovery and learned many tools for emotional mastery, which she now shares with children through her stories.
